We have our big warehouse in the heart and center of European Union, Czech Republic. This way we can ship to almost all countries within the European Union within 3–5 business days. For some countries like Ireland, Spain, Greece, Sweden and Finland the delivery time can be up to 8 business days.

Tax and duties are included within the standard of OSS where you will pay your local tax rate for your country directly in our shop. No extra costs are added after you have paid in our web shop.

After placing an order, you will receive tracking information from UPS. For any changes or corrections, please contact UPS directly. The contact information will be stated in your confirmation email.

The delivery will be to your entrance door / address stated in the order. Please note that the NÜOBELL 232 comes in 3 boxes in total while the NÜOBELL 220 comes in 2 boxes.
