Product warranty

We're proud to stand behind NÜOBELL with a comprehensive 2-year product warranty. If your NÜOBELL develops an issue we can trace back to a product defect, we'll happily replace or repair it. Naturally, our warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage caused to the product through improper use or handling. In other words, please avoid dropping or slamming your NÜOBELLs. If you've had a great workout, shout it out, don't slam - your NÜOBELLs will thank you for it.

An original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. In addition, shipping and handling are to be paid for by the customer.
