Allows me to have a minimalist workout routine in my home. Highly recommend for busy people that don’t want to go to the gym. Just pair them with a good adjustable bench!
Stylish and practical. I would say it’s a little annoying to put back onto the rack after a set because it needs to be perfectly aligned but that’s the same with all adjustable dumbbells. Love that there is no long skeleton. Overall I’d say it was a worth it compared to bowflex etc
