I love these dumbbells as they are so well balanced compared to previous adjustable dumbbells I've used, and can be used for virtually all the same type of exercise routines you would use normal dumbbells for. I workout with my wife, and having 2kg increments of adjustments, that go all the way from 2 to 32 kg, makes these incredibly versatile and convenient for us to use together. While one person is resting between their sets (60 - 90 seconds), then other can quickly adjust up/down as needed and do their set, without causing too much delay between each others respective sets. For anyone investing in their home gym setup, who is not silly and throwing their equipment on the ground after usage (nonsense behavior IMO), then I would say these dumbbells are a must for anyone's home gym equipment kit list.
